🚚 Delivery

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped via trusted courier services. Delivery times may vary based on location but typically range between 3–7 business days.

• You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

• Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

🔄 Returns

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• Customer must cover return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

• Customized or sale items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

🔁 Exchanges

We offer size or product exchanges on eligible items. If the item is available in your requested size, we will process your exchange after receiving the original product.

• Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item.

• Exchange shipping charges will apply unless the item is incorrect or defective.
